Cleveland Cavaliers Offer Andrew Wiggins for Kevin Love

Tony Rizzo of ESPN Cleveland reported Wednesday that the Cleveland Cavaliers have reportedly offered Andrew Wiggins to the Minnesota Timberwolves for Kevin Love. Rizzo said on ESPN 850 Cleveland that he, “has heard this deal has been in the works for about a month.” LeBron James is expected to meet with Pat Riley this afternoon in Las Vegas to discuss his future. Coming into the meeting, it would be very hard to turn down playing with Kryie Irving and Kevin Love as opposed to an injured Dwayne Wade and a deteriorating relationship with Chris Bosh.

Big news emerged Wednesday morning that the Cavaliers completed a 3 team trade to shed the contracts of Jarrett Jack, Sergey Karasev, and Tyler Zeller to free up $24 million in cap space. LeBron is expected to accept a max offer from Cavaliers, as soon as today, and the deal is expected to be 4 years $96 million. More deals might have to happen in order to open up space for Kevin Love. Tristan Thompson and Anthony Bennett could be included in the deal.
