Delaware’s Transition
Delaware has been moving up from the FCS ranks to Conference USA, one of several programmes making that jump in recent years. The Blue Hens have a strong FCS history, including a national championship, and are now testing that against a different level of competition.
Merrimack, from North Andover, Massachusetts, made its own move up to Division I relatively recently.
