The 2026 Laver Cup is Friday, September 25 through Sunday, September 27 at The O2 in London, the ninth edition of the event and the second held at The O2 after 2022. Team Europe, captained by Yannick Noah, tries to win back the cup from Team World, captained by Andre Agassi, after Team World’s 15 to 9 victory in San Francisco last year. Carlos Alcaraz and Alexander Zverev lead Europe; Taylor Fritz and Alex de Minaur lead World.

Team Europe
Carlos Alcaraz (Spain), Alexander Zverev (Germany), Casper Ruud (Norway), Jakub Mensik (Czech Republic), Flavio Cobolli (Italy) and Rafael Jodar (Spain). Jodar is making his Laver Cup debut and Ruud is playing in his sixth straight edition.
Team World
Taylor Fritz (United States), Alex de Minaur (Australia), Learner Tien (United States), Francisco Cerundolo (Argentina), Alexander Bublik (Kazakhstan) and Brandon Nakashima (United States). Cerundolo replaced the injured Tommy Paul on September 12, and Nakashima replaced Ben Shelton, who withdrew on September 17 after his run to the US Open final.
Schedule and Format
Each of the three days has four matches, three singles and one doubles. Day one wins are worth one point each, day two wins are worth two, and day three wins are worth three, for 24 points in total. The first team to 13 wins. If the teams are tied 12 to 12 after all 12 matches, a deciding doubles set is played. Because of the scoring, a team can trail after two days and still win with a strong Sunday, which is why the event tends to stay live into the final session.

History
Europe leads the series five to three. Europe won the first four editions from 2017 through 2021, Team World won in 2022 in London and 2023 in Vancouver, Europe won 13 to 11 in Berlin in 2024, and Team World took it back 15 to 9 in San Francisco in 2025 when Fritz beat Zverev in the clinching match. The 2027 event goes to the Intuit Dome in Los Angeles.
