Raul Rosas Jr. won his first UFC main event on Saturday, September 26, stopping Raoni Barcelos at 1:38 of the fifth round at Meta APEX in Las Vegas. The 21 year old bantamweight rallied in a bloody back and forth fight and ended it by slamming Barcelos to the canvas, then immediately signaled the referee when Barcelos went limp. Barcelos was carried from the cage on a stretcher. The win was Rosas Jr.’s sixth in a row and moved him to 13 and 1.
