How the Award Works
The NL Manager of the Year award honors the National League’s top manager. It is voted on by members of the Baseball Writers’ Association of America, two writers from each league city, who submit their ballots at the end of the regular season, before the playoffs begin, so postseason results do not count. The winner is announced in November. The odds above are live prediction market prices that refresh every two minutes, and the implied column shows the market’s chance for each candidate.
