Teams file practice reports during the week and give final game designations two days before kickoff. Out means the player will not play. Doubtful means he is unlikely to play. Questionable means his status is uncertain. A player with no designation is expected to play. Official inactive lists come out 90 minutes before kickoff, and players on injured reserve must miss at least four games.
