Uncertain. Mike Evans left San Francisco’s Week 2 game against Miami with a hip injury after catching all three of his targets for 54 yards, and was seen hobbling on his final play. The 49ers host Arizona on Sunday at 4:05 p.m. ET at Levi’s Stadium, and his practice participation this week decides it. Evans, in his first season in San Francisco, dealt with quad and groin issues in training camp and played only eight games last season.
