Los Angeles Rams Schedule 2026: Full Slate, Dates, Times and TV

The Rams open the 2026 season in Australia. Los Angeles is the designated home team against San Francisco at the Melbourne Cricket Ground on Thursday, September 10, the NFL’s first regular-season game down under, so only eight of the nine home dates are actually at SoFi Stadium.

Sean McVay’s 10th season is stacked with standalone windows: seven games fall outside the normal Sunday slate, including a Wednesday night on Netflix and Christmas in Seattle.

Week 17 is a designated matchup whose date and time are set later in the season, no later than immediately after Week 15. Week 18 details are announced only after Week 17 concludes. Prime-time games can move under flexible scheduling.

Games That Will Define the Rams’ Season

Wk 1 vs 49ers The NFL’s first regular-season game in Australia, at the Melbourne Cricket Ground on a Thursday night, streamed on Netflix. Los Angeles is the designated home team.
Wk 12 vs Packers A Wednesday night game on Netflix, the night before Thanksgiving, straight out of the bye. It is the only Wednesday game on the Rams’ calendar.
Wk 16 at Seahawks Christmas night at Lumen Field on FOX, against the defending Super Bowl champions. The rematch closes the season at SoFi in Week 18.
Wk 12-16 Green Bay on Wednesday, Kansas City on Thursday, San Francisco on the road, Dallas at home, then Christmas in Seattle. Five straight against 2025 playoff-caliber teams.
Seven Standalone Windows
The Melbourne opener, two Monday nights, a Sunday night in Denver, a Wednesday on Netflix, a Thursday against Kansas City and Christmas. Very little of this season shares a window.
Eight Games at SoFi
The Melbourne game counts as a home date, so the Rams actually play only eight times in Inglewood. SoFi also hosts Super Bowl LXI in February 2027.
A New Offensive Coordinator
Mike LaFleur left to become head coach of the Cardinals, whom the Rams face twice in five weeks. Los Angeles also unveiled a new primary logo and modified uniforms this offseason.

How the Schedule Sets Up

The Melbourne trip is the strangest week of anyone’s season, and the Rams get an extra day before hosting the Giants on Monday night. From there it is Denver on Sunday night and Philadelphia on the road, so the first month is genuinely hard.

The middle is friendlier, with Arizona twice and the Chargers at home around a trip to Las Vegas. Then the bye, and then the schedule turns brutal for five straight weeks.
