Why It Matters
Buffalo’s defense gave up 31 points and 381 yards to Houston in Week 1, and Detroit brings Jahmyr Gibbs, who ran for 156 yards, plus Amon-Ra St. Brown and Jameson Williams. Bishop is a starter in a secondary that also has Jordan Hancock back from a quad issue. Running back Ty Johnson (hamstring) and defensive lineman T.J. Sanders (knee and illness) are the other two questionable Bills; Sanders, who was sent home sick Tuesday, is the least likely to play.
