DJ Moore’s Bills debut produced five catches for 100 yards in the 36-31 win at Houston, one of two 100 yard receivers Josh Allen had that afternoon. Buffalo traded a second round pick to Chicago for Moore in March 2026 to give Allen the No. 1 receiver the offense had lacked since Stefon Diggs left, and it reunited him with head coach Joe Brady, his offensive coordinator in Carolina in 2020 and 2021. This page tracks his 2026 numbers game by game along with his full career.

The Trade
Buffalo sent its 2026 second round pick (No. 60 overall) to Chicago for Moore and the Bears’ fifth rounder (No. 165), with the deal becoming official at the start of the league year in March. Moore had four years left on the $110 million extension he signed in 2024; the Bills guaranteed his 2026 and 2027 salaries and $15.5 million of his 2028 base. He was coming off career lows of 50 catches and 682 yards in Ben Johnson’s run heavy Chicago offense, where Rome Odunze, Luther Burden III and Colston Loveland had taken on larger roles.
