No. 17 Iowa beat No. 18 Michigan 20 to 19 on a last second touchdown, and No. 1 Texas held on at No. 14 Tennessee 20 to 17. At night, No. 20 Oregon won 41 to 27 at No. 12 USC after quarterback Dante Moore was taken off the field in an ambulance in the second quarter, No. 24 Mississippi State held off No. 19 Missouri 31 to 24, and No. 10 LSU beat No. 23 Texas A&M 35 to 6.
