The Seattle Mariners fired manager Dan Wilson on September 27, the final day of the 2026 regular season, the first move of MLB’s offseason managerial carousel. Earlier in the year the Phillies fired Rob Thomson in April and the Mets replaced Carlos Mendoza with Andy Green in June, while the Diamondbacks are deciding on Torey Lovullo after his contract expired. The tracker below lists every managerial change and is updated as new moves are announced.

Teams to Watch

The Angels finished with the first 100 loss season in franchise history and are in the process of being sold, which often leads to leadership changes. Four more teams will be eliminated in the Wild Card Series by October 1, and early playoff exits can put managers and general managers on notice. The Diamondbacks’ decision on Lovullo is expected to be one of the first of the offseason.
