Arkansas won its opener 31-14 over North Alabama in a lower key way, leaning on defense and ball control after several disappointing seasons, and is 3-7 against the spread over its last ten.
Altitude, a late local kickoff and one of the louder venues in the Big 12 all favor Utah. Arkansas’ path is to slow the game down and keep the Utes’ offense off the field, which is exactly what it did in Week 1 against a much weaker opponent.
